Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Fridge Cake

Ingredients

  • 100g oats
  • 50g rice pops
  • 50g chocolate pea protein powder (I use @vegateam_uk)
  • 3 dates
  • 100g mashed banana
  • 25g chopped almonds (or any nut)

Preparation

  1. Mash and mix all ingredients into a bowl

  2. Line a dish with baking paper and pour in mixture

  3. Press down and refrigerate for four hours or ideally overnight

  4. Slice and munch
