Healthy No-Bake Chocolate Fridge Cake
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 50g rice pops
- 50g chocolate pea protein powder (I use @vegateam_uk)
- 3 dates
- 100g mashed banana
- 25g chopped almonds (or any nut)
Preparation
Mash and mix all ingredients into a bowl
Line a dish with baking paper and pour in mixture
Press down and refrigerate for four hours or ideally overnight
Slice and munch
