- Maple syrup

- Frozen fruit
- Vegan vanilla ice cream (e.g., Oatly)
Preparation
Crumble or process a couple handfuls of almonds or pecans, dates, oats, maple syrup, and optional spices.
Sprinkle the mixture on top of frozen fruit.
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes.
Top with vegan vanilla ice cream.
