Vegan Peppermint Brownie with Cookie Dough
Ingredients
Brownie
- 200g dates
- 100g walnuts
- 2tbsp cacao powder
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 2tbsp shredded coconut
- peppermint oil
Cookie dough
- 250g chickpeas
- 100g dates
- 2tbsp oats
- 2tbsp coconut flour
- 2tbsp almonds
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Blend all brownie ingredients together until well combined and press into a mold
Blend all cookie dough ingredients until a dough forms
Spread the cookie dough over the brownie base
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set
Cut into squares and serve
