Vegan Lemon Bliss Balls with Coconut Garnish

Ingredients

  • 1 dl cashews
  • 1 dl oats
  • 0.5 dl almonds
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut + for garnish
  • 7 dates
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add everything to a food processor and blend.

  2. Roll the mix into balls and then roll the balls in some shredded coconut.
