Layered Oreo Dulce De Leche Cake
Ingredients
- 4 packages of Oreo cookies
- 100g of melted butter
- 250g of confectioner's dulce de leche
- 200ml of whipped cream
- 200g of confectionery coating chocolate
Preparation
Start by crushing the Oreo cookies and incorporate the melted butter.
Make the first layer with the cookies and add the first layer of confectioner's dulce de leche, then add the second layer of cookies and put it in the freezer for a while.
While it is cooling, start whipping the cream; once it is whipped, take it out of the freezer and add the cream.
Repeat the cookie procedure and put it back in the freezer for 1 hour.
After that hour, unmold and cover the entire cake with the chocolate coating, and it is ready to enjoy.
