Oreo Cheese Layer Cake

Ingredients

  • 450 grams butter
  • 10 eggs
  • 280 grams powdered sugar (can be reduced)
  • 280 grams Hong Kong flour or pau flour
  • 1/2 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ovalette
  • 1/2 cup Horlicks
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons kaya
  • 1 packet Vico 3-in-1
  • 3 packages Oreo cookies

Oreo components

  • Separate cream from Oreo cookies for use in batter
  • Blend 2 packages of Oreo cookies finely
  • Crush 1 package of Oreo cookies into small pieces for topping

Preparation

  1. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy

  2. Add eggs one by one and beat until fluffy and combined

  3. Add cream cheese and mix well

  4. Add sweetened condensed milk, flour, ovalette, kaya, and vanilla essence until combined

  5. Divide the batter into two parts

  6. For part 1, add Horlicks and white color and mix until combined

  7. For part 2, add finely blended Oreo, cocoa, Vico, and black color and mix until combined

  8. Bake at 150°C for 10 minutes per layer or according to your oven settings; use top and bottom heat for the first layer and top heat for subsequent layers

  9. Sprinkle crushed Oreo on each white layer
