Vegan Peanut Butter Twix Bars Delight

Ingredients

Bottom layer

  • 1 dl cashews
  • 2 dl rice flour
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • a sprinkle of salt
  • a splash of water (if needed)

Middle layer

  • 1 dl peanut butter
  • 0.5 dl agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • a good sprinkle of sea salt

Top layer

  • 100 g vegan chocolate
  • a sprinkle of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Blend the cashews in a food processor until they have a flour-like consistency.

  2. Add the remaining bottom layer ingredients to the food processor and blend until a dough forms.

  3. Press the dough into a form and place in the freezer to harden.

  4. For the middle layer, combine the ingredients in a bowl and melt in the microwave until the coconut oil is melted.

  5. Stir the middle layer mixture and spread it over the bottom layer, then return to the freezer.

  6. Melt the vegan chocolate for the top layer.

  7. Pour the melted chocolate over the bars and sprinkle with sea salt.

  8. Place back in the freezer to harden, then cut into pieces to enjoy.
