Cheesy Honey Chicken Wings with Corn

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 1 box (380g) of corn kernels
  • 50g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp of butter

Marinade

  • 2 tsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of rose wine
  • White pepper

Preparation

  1. Thaw chicken wings and rinse with coarse salt. Score the skin for better flavor. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry wings skin-side down until golden. Flip and fry for 3 minutes, then cover and cook on low for 5 minutes until fully cooked.

  3. Melt butter in the pan, stir-fry corn until fragrant. Add cheese shavings, place wings on top, and cook on low until cheese melts. Add honey and black pepper to serve.
