Cheesy Honey Chicken Wings with Corn
Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings
- 1 box (380g) of corn kernels
- 50g Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp of butter
Marinade
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp of rose wine
- White pepper
Preparation
Thaw chicken wings and rinse with coarse salt. Score the skin for better flavor. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and fry wings skin-side down until golden. Flip and fry for 3 minutes, then cover and cook on low for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Melt butter in the pan, stir-fry corn until fragrant. Add cheese shavings, place wings on top, and cook on low until cheese melts. Add honey and black pepper to serve.
