Clear Chicken Soup with Free-Range Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 free-range chicken, cut into 12 pieces
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, as needed
- Seasoning, as needed
- Ground pepper, as needed
- Boiled water, as needed
Preparation
Fry the minced garlic until golden and crispy.
Boil water as needed in a pot.
Add the chicken, salt, seasoning, and pepper to the boiling water.
Cook on low heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove from heat, serve the soup, and sprinkle the fried garlic on top.
