Malaysian Style Chicken Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg chicken meat (breast part)
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 carrot
- A little spring onion and coriander
- Red bell pepper (seeds removed)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Knorr chicken cube
- A little salt, sugar, white pepper
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth
Shape the mixture into balls
Heat water until boiling, then add the balls
Cook until they float, then remove
Serve with chili sauce
Tips
Can also be fried
Can be used to make soup
Can be incorporated into various dishes
