Cheesy Korean Garlic Buns

Ingredients

Coating

  • Melted Butter: 1/4 cup
  • Minced Garlic: 2 tbsp
  • Mixed Seasoning: 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli Flakes: 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves: 2 tbsp

Filling

  • Bun: 2Pcs
  • Cream Cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Fresh Cream: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: per taste
  • Sugar: 1/2 tsp

Preparation

  1. Mix the coating ingredients together to create a garlic butter mixture.

  2. Combine the filling ingredients until smooth and well blended.

  3. Stuff the filling into the buns or spread it evenly on top.

  4. Coat the filled buns with the prepared garlic butter mixture.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
