Crispy Onion Rings with Spicy Dip
Ingredients
- 2 large onions
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 200ml milk or water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
- Salt to taste
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- Cooking oil for frying as needed

Preparation
Slice the onions into circular rings, ensuring they do not break.
In a bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, chicken bouillon powder, and black pepper until well combined, then gradually add the milk or water while stirring to create a thick batter.
Heat a large amount of cooking oil in a pan or deep fryer.
Dip each onion ring into the batter and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
Fry the coated onion rings in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked, making sure not to burn them.
Serve the onion rings with Jawara chili sauce for dipping.
