Crispy Sweet Potato Fries with Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 gigantic sweet potato
  • avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
  • a little salt
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Boil 1 gigantic sweet potato for 5 minutes to soften it for cutting and achieve extra crispiness.

  2. Cut into fries or cubes.

  3. Season with avocado oil, 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice, and a little salt.

  4. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.

  5. If using an oven, bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 27 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  6. Dip in almond butter.
