Apple Pecan Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Halved Brussels sprouts
  • Chopped apples
  • Handful of pecans
  • Avocado oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dashes of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Place halved Brussels sprouts on a greased baking pan face down with the center touching the pan.

  2. Add chopped apples and a handful of pecans.

  3. Season with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and dashes of cinnamon on the pecans and apples (it's okay if it spills over).

  4. Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts reach preferred crispness.
