Apple Pecan Crispy Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- Halved Brussels sprouts
- Chopped apples
- Handful of pecans
- Avocado oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dashes of cinnamon
Preparation
Place halved Brussels sprouts on a greased baking pan face down with the center touching the pan.
Add chopped apples and a handful of pecans.
Season with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and dashes of cinnamon on the pecans and apples (it's okay if it spills over).
Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts reach preferred crispness.
