Easy 10-Minute Peach Crumble
Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (113g) salted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar (or maple sugar)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp fine sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
Pour half the melted butter into a small baking dish and swirl to coat.
Add sliced peaches, sprinkle with half the sugar, toss to coat, and spread evenly.
In a bowl, stir together the rest of the butter, oats, flour, remaining sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Crumble that buttery magic over the peaches.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then top with vanilla ice cream and serve.
Tips
Peeling peaches is optional.
For more crunch, add 1 tablespoon chopped pecans or almonds to the crumble topping.
