Gluten-Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup all-purpose flour {I used GF}
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, combine the egg, sugar, extract, and butter.
Add in the flour and baking powder, then stir in the chocolate chunks.
Scoop 8 cookies onto the baking sheet, slightly flatten them, and bake for 13 minutes. Enjoy!
