Healthy Breakfast with Sautéed Spinach and Eggs

Ingredients

  • spinach
  • cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • EBTB seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 Valencia orange

Preparation

  1. Sauté spinach and cherry tomatoes in a pan with oil until wilted

  2. Scramble the egg with crushed red pepper in a separate pan until cooked

  3. Season the avocado with EBTB seasoning and serve as is.

  4. Peel and slice the Valencia orange for serving.
