Healthy Breakfast with Sautéed Spinach and Eggs
Ingredients
- spinach
- cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- EBTB seasoning
- 1 egg
- crushed red pepper
- 1/2 Valencia orange
Preparation
Sauté spinach and cherry tomatoes in a pan with oil until wilted
Scramble the egg with crushed red pepper in a separate pan until cooked
Season the avocado with EBTB seasoning and serve as is.
Peel and slice the Valencia orange for serving.
