Pumpkin Pie and Walnut Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 50 g whole grain rolled oats
- 250 ml water or milk of choice
- a pinch of salt
- 100 g pumpkin purée
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Toppings
- baked pumpkin
- flaxseeds
- chopped walnuts
Preparation
Mix the oats with water or milk, salt, and pumpkin purée in a pan and cook until all liquid is absorbed.
Stir in the cinnamon.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the toppings.
