Pumpkin Pie and Walnut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of choice
  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 g pumpkin purée
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Toppings

  • baked pumpkin
  • flaxseeds
  • chopped walnuts

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats with water or milk, salt, and pumpkin purée in a pan and cook until all liquid is absorbed.

  2. Stir in the cinnamon.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the toppings.
