Simple White Hot Chocolate Drink
Ingredients
- 500 ml whole milk
- 240 g white chocolate (Melken brand)
- 120 g milk powder
- 200 g heavy cream
Preparation
Add the milk to the pan, heat it slightly, then add the milk powder and stir to dissolve, followed by the heavy cream and white chocolate Melken.
When the hot chocolate starts to boil, stir for about 5 minutes and it's ready.
Tips
Melt white chocolate Melken on the rim of the glass for enhanced flavor.
