Vegan Crispy Potato Balls
Ingredients
- 600g (4 medium) potatoes
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Oil for frying
Preparation
Peel, boil and mash the potatoes.
Add cornstarch, seasoning and parsley, mix well, adjust flavors if needed and shape into around 30 small balls.
Deep fry for about five minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
Serving suggestions
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
