Vegan Tofu Scramble with Spinach

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • olive oil
  • black salt
  • pepper
  • soya cream
  • turmeric
  • spinach
  • crushed chillies

Preparation

  1. Crumble the tofu into small pieces

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat

  3. Mix tofu with black salt, pepper, turmeric, and soya cream

  4. Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until heated through

  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted

  6. Top with crushed chillies before serving
