Chocolate Coconut Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, and maple syrup, then stir in the almond flour.
Add the coconut and chocolate chips and stir until they’re combined well.
Press the batter into the lined loaf pan, add some extra coconut on top if desired, and bake for 33 minutes. Let cool before cutting into slices.
