Five-Ingredient Gluten-Free Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 150g gluten free self raising flour
- 150g mashed banana
- 150ml soya milk mixed with 3tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Let the milk and vinegar curdle
Then mix everything in a bowl
Line two loaf baking tins and bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup
