Super Squidgy Banana Bread for Brunch

Ingredients

  • 150g gluten free self raising flour
  • 150g mashed banana
  • 150ml soya milk mixed with 3tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Let the milk and vinegar curdle

  2. Then mix everything in a bowl

  3. Line two loaf baking tins and bake on 180 degrees for 30 minutes

  4. Serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup
