Oreo Rocky Road Dessert
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 pack of Oreos
- 1 bag of vegan marshmallows
- Optional 60g glacé cherries
Preparation
Break up the chocolate into chunks and melt it in the microwave or on the hob.
While the chocolate is melting, open the packet of Oreos, tip them into a mixing bowl, and bash them with the end of a rolling pin until they are broken up.
Add the marshmallows to the bowl.
Chop the glacé cherries into quarters or fifths and add them to the mixing bowl.
Pour the melted chocolate into the bowl and mix the ingredients together until they are all covered in chocolate.
Line a baking tin, pour the mixture into the tin, use the back of a spoon or a spatula to flatten it down, and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
Chop the rocky road into bars or chunks and serve.
