Easy 3-Ingredient Sesame Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 100g sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp runny tahini
  • 100g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Pan toast the sesame seeds in a hot skillet for a few minutes until fragrant and golden brown. Leave to cool.

  2. Break up the chocolate in a heat-proof dish, melt in the microwave, then fold in the tahini.

  3. Add the sesame seeds, mix, then transfer into silicon moulds or a cake tin lined with baking paper.

  4. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, then enjoy.

Tips

  1. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
