Raw Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 300g dates
- 50g cacao powder
- 130g pecan nuts & walnuts
- 15g chia protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp of tahini
- 40ml dark maple syrup
Preparation
Put all the ingredients into the food processor & blend until smooth
Then tip into the loaf tin, smooth down with a spatula until level, then pop in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes
Remove & slice to size
Store in an air tight container, in the fridge for up to 7 days
