Raw Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 300g dates
  • 50g cacao powder
  • 130g pecan nuts & walnuts
  • 15g chia protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp of tahini
  • 40ml dark maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into the food processor & blend until smooth

  2. Then tip into the loaf tin, smooth down with a spatula until level, then pop in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes

  3. Remove & slice to size

  4. Store in an air tight container, in the fridge for up to 7 days
