Delicious Raw Vegan Brownies with Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
Brownie
- 8 fresh dates
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 0.5 cup cacao powder
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 0.5 cup oat milk
Frosting
- 80g vegan chocolate
Preparation
With your hands, mix together the dates, buckwheat flour, cacao powder and tahini.
Add the oat milk or any other plant-based milk.
Put the mixture in a form.
Melt the vegan chocolate and cover the brownie.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.
No equipment needed for preparation.
