Delicious Raw Vegan Brownies with Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

Brownie

  • 8 fresh dates
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 0.5 cup cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 0.5 cup oat milk

Frosting

  • 80g vegan chocolate

Preparation

  1. With your hands, mix together the dates, buckwheat flour, cacao powder and tahini.

  2. Add the oat milk or any other plant-based milk.

  3. Put the mixture in a form.

  4. Melt the vegan chocolate and cover the brownie.

  5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving.

  6. No equipment needed for preparation.
