Pumpkin Chocolate Mousse Cookie Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut yogurt or coconut cream
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2-4 tbsp nut or seed butter (more for thicker consistency)
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients until smooth.
Dollop the mousse on top of Emmy's Organics cookies (any flavor).
