Açai Energy Balls Snack

Ingredients

  • 100g Açai (1 pack)
  • 100g oats
  • 200g dates
  • 50g cranberries or raisins
  • 100g unsalted cashews
  • 100g unsalted almonds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until well combined and a sticky mixture forms.

  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, each weighing approximately 20g, to make about 30 balls.

  3. Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness.
