No-Bake Rice Cake Pralines
Ingredients
- 9 rice cakes
- 1 banana
- 5 dates or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter, possibly more for filling
- 60 grams sugar-free chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate and form the mixture into balls.
Optionally, add a peanut butter core by pressing a hollow in each ball, filling with peanut butter, and sealing it.
Chill the balls and meanwhile melt the chocolate.
Roll the balls in the melted chocolate until fully coated.
Chill again for 15 minutes and then enjoy.
Tips
These are quick and delicious to make.
They can be shaped like eggs for Easter baskets.
If you don't like banana, try making them without it and with more dates.
