Baked Fruits with Sweet Egg Custard

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruits (such as cherries, rhubarb, peaches, pineapple)
  • Egg yolks
  • Sugar (1 tablespoon per egg yolk)
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Arrange fruits at the bottom of a baking dish.

  3. Mix egg yolks with sugar, using 1 tablespoon of sugar per egg yolk.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the fruits.

  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until set.

  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and additional fruits.
