Cacao Almond Butter Purple Sweet Potato Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 baked chilled purple sweet potato
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 3 heaping tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon black cocoa powder
  • 1 ripe banana

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Process until smooth.

  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  4. Top with organic candy canes and additional cacao powder.
