Chocolate Chip Nut Butter Oatmeal Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups gluten free oats
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (check it's low FODMAP)
  • Splash of unsweetened almond milk
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir until well combined

  2. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon and round them into balls

  3. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. They are better if you let them refrigerate a couple hours before eating
