Chocolate Chip Nut Butter Oatmeal Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (check it's low FODMAP)
- Splash of unsweetened almond milk
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and stir until well combined
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon and round them into balls
Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. They are better if you let them refrigerate a couple hours before eating
