Creamy Raspberry Chocolate Marshmallow Dessert

Ingredients

Raspberry sauce

  • 100 g fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cream

  • 10 mini chocolate marshmallow treats
  • 250 g quark (20% fat)
  • 1 package vanilla sugar
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 400 g heavy cream
  • 1 package whipped cream stabilizer
  • 150 g fresh raspberries

Preparation

  1. Puree raspberries with sugar until smooth and set aside. Prepare 6 dessert glasses (125 ml each)

  2. Separate the bottoms from the mini chocolate marshmallow treats and set aside. Place the top parts of the marshmallow treats in a bowl. Add quark, vanilla sugar, and sugar, and mix with a hand mixer until smooth

  3. Whip cream with whipped cream stabilizer until stiff and fold into the quark mixture with a spatula. Transfer the cream to a large piping bag and cut the tip about 1 cm wide. Wash raspberries and let them drain

  4. Cover the bottom of each dessert glass with cream. Distribute about two-thirds of the raspberries over the glasses and generously pour raspberry sauce over them. Spread the remaining cream over the glasses and smooth with a teaspoon

  5. Distribute the remaining raspberries over the glasses, pour the remaining raspberry sauce over them, and decorate with the reserved marshmallow treat bottoms. Chill until serving. The dessert keeps in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days

Tips

  1. Also delicious with frozen berries. If you don't have fresh raspberries, you can use frozen berries for this dessert. Alternatively, you can easily use other berries or a berry mix
