Durian Es Oyen Dessert

Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 cup cooked pearl sago
  • 1 cup diced jackfruit
  • 1 cup scraped young coconut
  • 1 cup scraped or diced avocado
  • Durian to taste

Syrup

  • 150 ml red syrup (coconut pandan or raspberry)
  • 50 ml sweetened condensed milk
  • 150 ml boiled thick coconut milk
  • 300 ml young coconut water
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ice cubes as needed

Preparation

  1. Except for the ice cubes, mix all the syrup ingredients together and stir well.

  2. Arrange the filling ingredients in a bowl and pour over with sufficient syrup.

  3. Add ice cubes, stir to enhance the aroma of the syrup and filling. It is ready to serve.

  1. This recipe serves 4-5 portions.
