Durian Es Oyen Dessert
Ingredients
Filling
- 1 cup cooked pearl sago
- 1 cup diced jackfruit
- 1 cup scraped young coconut
- 1 cup scraped or diced avocado
- Durian to taste
Syrup
- 150 ml red syrup (coconut pandan or raspberry)
- 50 ml sweetened condensed milk
- 150 ml boiled thick coconut milk
- 300 ml young coconut water
- A pinch of salt
- Ice cubes as needed
Preparation
Except for the ice cubes, mix all the syrup ingredients together and stir well.
Arrange the filling ingredients in a bowl and pour over with sufficient syrup.
Add ice cubes, stir to enhance the aroma of the syrup and filling. It is ready to serve.
