Easy Tropical Yoghurt Bowl with Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 cup mango coconut yoghurt
- 1/2 cup nutty granola
- 6 slices dehydrated pineapple
- 2 fresh passion fruits
- Salted caramel dark chocolate
Preparation
In a glass serving bowl, add 3/4 cup of the mango yogurt.
Add a layer of nutty granola.
Next, add a layer of chopped dehydrated pineapple using about 3/4 of the quantity.
Now add the rest of the yoghurt.
Finally, garnish with the remaining granola and dehydrated pineapple along with fresh passion fruit flesh and chunks of salted caramel dark chocolate.
