Easy Vegan Chocolate Banana Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups roasted hazelnuts
  • 30-45ml hazelnut milk
  • lots of cacao powder
  • 200g dates
  • pinch of salt
  • bit of vanilla extract
  • whole wheat wraps
  • ripe banana
  • strawberry (optional)

Preparation

  1. Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 180°C for around 15 minutes.

  2. Blend the roasted hazelnuts with a pinch of salt, a bit of vanilla extract, hazelnut milk, cacao powder, and dates in a high speed blender until you get the desired consistency. Use hazelnut milk or water from soaked dates as liquid, and you can use soaked or unsoaked dates.

  3. Spread the vegan Nutella on whole wheat wraps.

  4. Slice a ripe banana or strawberry and place it in the middle of the wrap.

  5. Roll up the wrap and cut into bite-sized rolls.

  6. Enjoy the chocolate and banana combo.
