Frozen Lemon Halves Treat

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of Cremette cheese (75 g)
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon date paste

For decoration

  • Mint leaves
  • Realfooding cookies

Preparation

  1. Cut the lemon in half, squeeze them and remove the pulp with the help of a spoon

  2. In a bowl, put one third of the juice, strain it if you want and add the Cremette cheese, the yogurt, the date paste and mix well

  3. Fill the 2 lemon halves and put in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm

  4. Serve with a bit of crumbled cookie on the base and on top, decorate with some mint leaves

Notes

  1. Preparation takes about 10 minutes, followed by freezing for 2-3 hours
