Frozen Lemon Halves Treat
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of Cremette cheese (75 g)
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon date paste
For decoration
- Mint leaves
- Realfooding cookies
Preparation
Cut the lemon in half, squeeze them and remove the pulp with the help of a spoon
In a bowl, put one third of the juice, strain it if you want and add the Cremette cheese, the yogurt, the date paste and mix well
Fill the 2 lemon halves and put in the freezer for 2-3 hours until firm
Serve with a bit of crumbled cookie on the base and on top, decorate with some mint leaves
Notes
Preparation takes about 10 minutes, followed by freezing for 2-3 hours
