Mango Popsicles in White Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 120 g Greek yogurt with 5% fat
  • 2 tablespoons full-fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground vanilla
  • 300 g quality white chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend the mango, yogurt, milk, syrup, and vanilla until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks

  3. Freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours

  4. Melt the white chocolate

  5. Dip the frozen popsicles into the melted white chocolate

  6. Place on a tray and freeze again until the chocolate sets
