Mango Popsicles in White Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 120 g Greek yogurt with 5% fat
- 2 tablespoons full-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ground vanilla
- 300 g quality white chocolate
Preparation
Blend the mango, yogurt, milk, syrup, and vanilla until smooth
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks
Freeze until solid, about 4-6 hours
Melt the white chocolate
Dip the frozen popsicles into the melted white chocolate
Place on a tray and freeze again until the chocolate sets
