Fruity Flapjacks with Oats and Seeds
Ingredients
- 200g oats
- 100g apricots
- 150g raisins
- 25g pumpkin seeds
- 20g sesame seeds
- 75g marg
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 mashed bananas
Preparation
Chop the apricots, then mix with the oats and seeds.
Melt the margarine and honey.
Mix the dry ingredients with the mashed banana, margarine and honey.
Place on a greased, lined flapjack tin and bake for 30 mins at Gas Mark 5 or 200C.
This recipe makes 12 flapjacks and keeps for 3 days in an airtight tin or can be frozen.
