Healthy Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cake
Ingredients
Dry
- 100 g oat flour (blended oats)
- 10 g sugar-free chocolate chips
- 15 g flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Wet
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 140 ml oat milk
Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients.
Mix the wet ingredients and combine everything.
Put the mixture into a greased small baking tin and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven.
Notes
The cake has a gooey and moist texture and can be topped with peanut butter and jelly and fresh blueberries.
