Healthy Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cake

Ingredients

Dry

  • 100 g oat flour (blended oats)
  • 10 g sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 15 g flaxseed
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Wet

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 140 ml oat milk

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients.

  2. Mix the wet ingredients and combine everything.

  3. Put the mixture into a greased small baking tin and bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven.

Notes

  1. The cake has a gooey and moist texture and can be topped with peanut butter and jelly and fresh blueberries.
