Homemade Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1.5 tsp black sesame seeds (can omit if not available)
  • 1 tsp onion flakes
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 0.5 tsp garlic flakes (or granulated garlic)
  • 0.5 tsp flaked salt (or regular or kosher salt)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Pour the mixture into a resealable container, such as a glass mason jar.

  3. For a snack, coat pumpkin seeds with aquafaba or maple syrup, add the seasoning, and cook on a stovetop pan until browned.
