Homemade Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Ingredients
- 1.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1.5 tsp black sesame seeds (can omit if not available)
- 1 tsp onion flakes
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 0.5 tsp garlic flakes (or granulated garlic)
- 0.5 tsp flaked salt (or regular or kosher salt)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the mixture into a resealable container, such as a glass mason jar.
For a snack, coat pumpkin seeds with aquafaba or maple syrup, add the seasoning, and cook on a stovetop pan until browned.
