Japanese Dorayaki Pancakes
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 160g granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 260g all-purpose flour
- 4g baking soda
- 4g salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- 100g water
Preparation
Mix the egg mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Add the flour mixture and water alternately on low speed for 1 minute.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Cook on a Teflon pan without greasing.
After cooking, add the desired filling and sandwich the pancakes together.
Tips
Fillings can include nutella, cheese, red bean, or any preferred option.
