Japanese Dorayaki Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 160g granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 260g all-purpose flour
  • 4g baking soda
  • 4g salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 100g water

Preparation

  1. Mix the egg mixture for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Add the flour mixture and water alternately on low speed for 1 minute.

  3. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

  4. Cook on a Teflon pan without greasing.

  5. After cooking, add the desired filling and sandwich the pancakes together.

Tips

  1. Fillings can include nutella, cheese, red bean, or any preferred option.
