Natural Unicorn Chia Cups with Berries

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp white chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup defrosted raspberries
  • 1/4 cup defrosted blueberries

Preparation

  1. Combine the chia seeds, plant-based milk, vanilla bean powder, and maple syrup in a bowl.

  2. Whisk the mixture until well combined.

  3. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.

  4. Split the thickened mixture into two equal parts.

  5. Add the defrosted raspberries to one part.

  6. Add the defrosted blueberries to the other part.
