Natural Unicorn Chia Cups with Berries
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp white chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup defrosted raspberries
- 1/4 cup defrosted blueberries
Preparation
Combine the chia seeds, plant-based milk, vanilla bean powder, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Whisk the mixture until well combined.
Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
Split the thickened mixture into two equal parts.
Add the defrosted raspberries to one part.
Add the defrosted blueberries to the other part.
