Rich Chocolate Oats Bowl for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 scoop raw cacao protein - I used @vivolife
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • splash of water to mix
  • 1 cup thawed frozen berries
  • 2 tbsp @kitehillfoods unsweetened almond milk yogurt

Preparation

  1. mix the oats and flax, and set out berries to thaw

  2. heat up the water in the microwave for 2 min, pour over the oats, and cover with a plate for at least 30 min (this is when I go train!)

  3. add the protein powder, maca, cacao, and just enough of water to help stir it all together

  4. top with berries and yogurt or whatever else ya like!
