Rich Chocolate Oats Bowl for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 scoop raw cacao protein - I used @vivolife
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- splash of water to mix
- 1 cup thawed frozen berries
- 2 tbsp @kitehillfoods unsweetened almond milk yogurt
Preparation
mix the oats and flax, and set out berries to thaw
heat up the water in the microwave for 2 min, pour over the oats, and cover with a plate for at least 30 min (this is when I go train!)
add the protein powder, maca, cacao, and just enough of water to help stir it all together
top with berries and yogurt or whatever else ya like!
