Maca Oats Breakfast with Almond Milk and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all dry ingredients and make sure no clumps of maca remain.

  2. Add in milk and banana and then stir to combine.

  3. Place on stovetop set to low-medium heat and allow to cook and thicken for 3 minutes.

  4. Remove from stove and serve, optionally topped with peanut butter, berries, and blood orange.
