Maca Oats Breakfast with Almond Milk and Banana
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients and make sure no clumps of maca remain.
Add in milk and banana and then stir to combine.
Place on stovetop set to low-medium heat and allow to cook and thicken for 3 minutes.
Remove from stove and serve, optionally topped with peanut butter, berries, and blood orange.
