Maca Oatmeal Breakfast for Valentine's Day
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana sliced up or mashed
- 1 tsp maca powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring mixture to a simmer.
Allow to cook while stirring for about 3 minutes.
Remove from stove top and prepare to serve.
Top as desired, for example with banana, blueberries, kiwi, nibs, and pepitas.
