Maca Oatmeal Breakfast for Valentine's Day

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled or quick oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana sliced up or mashed
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring mixture to a simmer.

  2. Allow to cook while stirring for about 3 minutes.

  3. Remove from stove top and prepare to serve.

  4. Top as desired, for example with banana, blueberries, kiwi, nibs, and pepitas.
