Super Moist Cake with Apples
Ingredients
- ~335g mashed banana ( apple sauce should work too) -200ml plant milk -1tsp apple cider vinegar
- -30g rapseed oil - FlaveDrops ( I used vanilla from ) or other sweetener
- Dry: -350g flour ( I used 250g spelt flour and 100g wholegrain spelt flour) - 2 tsp baking powder
- - 1tsp baking soda
- - 100g grounded hazelnuts
- - pinch of salt - 2tsp cinnamon
- Other
- 1 apple
- Marzipan ( I used one made out of tigernuts and dates from but you can use the normal one too)
- Topping
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Plant milk
- Powdered sugar/ xylit
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls before mixing them together to a well combined dough
Put the dough into a baking form and bake it for about 60-90min ( depening on your form &oven) at 180°C ( 350°F)
Let it cool down
For the frosting mix some powdered sugar with plant milk
Mix in the peanut butter and spread the cream over the cake
Top with some chocolate chips and enjoy
