Upside Down Apple Cake
Ingredients
Apple topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 apple sliced
Cake batter
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
Put sugar and water in a pan without mixing and heat until it becomes golden. Then turn off the heat and add the coconut oil and vanilla and mix.
Place the apple slices in a greased tray, then pour the sauce over it.
Mix all the ingredients for the cake together, then pour it over the sauce and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes and enjoy.
